Refund Policy

Effective June 4, 2026

This policy sets out when and how a refund may be granted. It complements our Shipping and returns page.

Change of mind

For unworn jewelry returned within 14 days, we offer an exchange or store credit. No cash refund is granted for a simple change of mind.

Defective, non-conforming, or our error

If a piece is defective, does not match its description, or results from our error, you are entitled, at your choice and within the limits set by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, to repair, replacement, or a refund to the original payment method.

Processing time

Authorized refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the piece. The time to appear on your statement then depends on your financial institution.

Final-sale pieces

Custom creations, engraved or personalized pieces, pierced earrings, and watches are final sale, subject to the rights provided by law in the event of a defect.
