Where is Création Paul H located, and when are you open?
At 6500 boulevard Saint-Laurent in Montreal, H2S 3C6. Tuesday to Saturday 10 am to 5 pm. Monday is by appointment, for watch viewings. Closed Sunday.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any day we are open. Monday is the exception: the boutique opens by appointment only, for watch viewings. To reserve a private viewing on any other day, call 514 273-6681 or use the contact page.
Do you repair jewelry?
Yes, in our own atelier. Re-tipping, sizing, polishing, soldering and restringing are done by our jewelers. Nothing leaves the boutique.
Do you service watches?
We service and repair most major Swiss brands in our atelier, from battery changes to movement service. Work still under maker warranty is referred to the maker.
Do you buy or trade watches?
Yes. We buy watches and take trades toward a purchase. Start on our Sell Your Watch page or bring the piece to the boutique.
Why do some watches show Price on request?
Our watches sell through a private viewing rather than a cart. Ask about any piece by phone or through the inquiry form on its page, and we will confirm price, condition and availability with you directly.
Can you create a custom piece?
Yes. Custom design and commissions are part of the atelier's daily work. Bring an idea, a sketch or an heirloom to reset, and we will design and make it with you.
Do you prepare appraisals?
We prepare written appraisals for insurance and estate purposes. Bring the piece to the boutique and our team will confirm the turnaround.
Do you sell loose diamonds?
Yes, both for custom commissions and on their own. Visit the boutique to see stones in person.
An item shows out of stock online. Can I still get it?
Often, yes. Use the Inquire to order form on the product page and we will contact you within one business day to confirm availability and timing.
