Shipping
- Free, insured shipping anywhere in Canada.
- Signature required on delivery, for the security of your piece.
- Orders are prepared within a few business days. A tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.
- We ship within Canada only for now.
In-store pickup
You can choose to pick up your order at 6500 boulevard Saint-Laurent, in Montréal. We let you know as soon as it is ready.
Watches and high-value pieces
Watches and certain high-value pieces are handed over in person or arranged by appointment rather than shipped. Contact us to arrange the details.
Returns and exchanges
Unworn jewelry may be brought back within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging and with proof of purchase, for an exchange or store credit. Online purchases are not eligible for a cash refund on a simple change of mind.
The following are final sale, with no exchange or store credit:
- custom creations;
- engraved or personalized pieces;
- pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons;
- watches.
How to make a return
Write to us at info@creationpaulh.com with your order number. The return must reach us insured, at the customer's expense. Once received and inspected, we issue the exchange or store credit.
Damaged or incorrect piece
If a piece reaches you damaged or not matching your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. See our refund policy.
