Shipping

  • Free, insured shipping worldwide.
  • Signature required on delivery, for the security of your piece.
  • Made-to-order pieces are ready in 5 to 7 business days. Engagement rings take 2 to 3 weeks, because the centre stone is sourced and matched before anything is cast. A tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

Duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or collected by us. Please check your own country’s rules before ordering.

In-store pickup

You can choose to pick up your order at 6500 boulevard Saint-Laurent, in Montréal. We let you know as soon as it is ready.

Watches and high-value pieces

Watches and certain high-value pieces are handed over in person or arranged by appointment rather than shipped. Contact us to arrange the details.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn jewelry may be brought back within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging and with proof of purchase, for an exchange or store credit. Online purchases are not eligible for a cash refund on a simple change of mind.

A piece made to order from our catalogue, in a size, metal or carat weight we offer as standard, is covered by the 14-day window above. Made to order is not the same thing as a custom creation.

The following are final sale, with no exchange or store credit:

  • custom creations, meaning a piece designed for you rather than chosen from our catalogue;
  • engraved or personalized pieces;
  • watches.

How to make a return

Write to us at cph@creationpaulh.com with your order number. The return must reach us insured, at the customer's expense. Once received and inspected, we issue the exchange or store credit.

Damaged or incorrect piece

If a piece reaches you damaged or not matching your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. See our refund policy.
