Repairs, watch servicing and custom work: everything happens on site, with a clear quote before anything begins.
Repairs and restoration
Sizing, resetting, chains, clasps and heirloom restoration, done in house by our own jewelers. Bring the piece as it is: we look at it with you and tell you honestly what is possible.
Nothing leaves the boutique: everything is done at our bench.
Remodelling your gold
Bring in the pieces you no longer wear. We design the new piece with you at the counter, then remake it at our bench from your own gold and your own stones.
Your stones are re-set, your gold is re-used.

Watch service
Battery changes, complete servicing, timing, water resistance and bracelets. We work on most major brands, and your watch leaves running to spec.
A clear quote before any work begins.
Custom design
Bring a stone, a family piece, or only an idea. We sketch at the bench and create the piece from your stones or your metals, guiding you through every step.

Appraisals
A written valuation for insurance, an estate or resale. Each piece is examined by hand at our bench before anything goes on paper.
Walk in or by appointment.
Sell or trade your watch
Bring in the watch you no longer wear. We assess it at the bench and make you an honest offer, or sell it for you on consignment. Prefer to trade? Put the value toward another piece.
