Création Paul H takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have. It follows Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide: name, address, email, phone number.
  • Order and transaction information when you buy or reserve a piece.
  • Information exchanged when you contact us (watch inquiry, repair, consultation).
  • Browsing information collected automatically by our site (cookies, IP address, pages viewed).

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.

Why we collect it

  • To process and deliver your orders, and to manage in-store reservations and inquiries.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer service and after-sales follow-up.
  • To send you, with your consent, our newsletters and invitations.
  • To improve our site and services, and to meet our legal obligations.

Consent

By providing your information, you consent to its use for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to the information needed to fulfill an order or required by law. For commercial communications, every email includes an unsubscribe link, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that allow us to operate:

  • our commerce platform, Shopify;
  • our payment provider, which processes transactions securely;
  • our email tool, Klaviyo (United States);
  • our delivery services, to ship your orders;
  • our website analytics tools, where applicable.

These providers may use your information only for the purposes for which we entrust it to them.

Information held outside Quebec

Some of these providers, including Shopify, Klaviyo, and certain analytics tools, may host or process information outside Quebec, notably in the United States. Before any such transfer, we assess that the information benefits from adequate protection, framed by contractual and technical measures.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to function properly, remember your cart, and measure traffic. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, which may limit some site features.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We then destroy or anonymize it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal information, to request its correction, to request its deletion, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, contact the person responsible indicated above; we respond to your request within 30 days. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access.

We may update this policy. Any current version is published on this page with its effective date.
