These terms govern the use of the Création Paul H website and the purchase of our products and services. By using this site, you accept these terms.

Products and availability

Many of our pieces are one of a kind or in limited quantity. The availability shown is given in good faith and may change. We reserve the right to correct any error and to refuse or cancel an order, notably in the case of a pricing or description error.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. Prices may change without notice.

Watches and high-value pieces

Some pieces, including watches, are presented by appointment or by inquiry rather than for direct online purchase. For these pieces, contact us to arrange a private viewing or to confirm the details before purchase.

Orders

An order confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt, not a final acceptance. We may contact you to validate an order before processing it.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn jewelry may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging and with proof of purchase, for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer a cash refund for a simple change of mind. Custom creations, engraved or personalized pieces, pierced earrings, and watches are final sale, subject to the rights provided by law in the event of a defect. Description and authenticity of pieces

Each piece is described with care. For vintage or pre-owned pieces, an authentication and appraisal service is offered in the boutique. Any question about the condition or provenance of a piece can be addressed to us before purchase.

Repairs and services

Repair, restoration, custom design, and authentication services are subject to a prior assessment. No work begins without your approval. The timelines we provide are estimates.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, logos, and the Création Paul H name, is protected and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Création Paul H cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls under the courts of the district of Montréal.
